I have to say guys, after playing with this some more it's awesome and the developers seem to actually answer questions. Also, when searching for forums, if you type ATV were the first hit!!!! Woooo

Just downloaded this on my Droid X. Pretty cool. I got the free version, so it's read only. A little pricey for the full version.

Even the free version of it is nice cause you can still read the forums on the run.

That doesn't have FroYo on it yet? There's rumor that my phone will be getting Gingerbread soon. I can get the leak, if I wanted. Not really worth it though, with all the stuff I've already done to it.

Nope no froyo on the NC remmber its only suposed to be an ebook  reader not a tablet so they are not too concerned with fun stuff like flash. There are froyo, gingerbread, and even honeycomb builds out on XDA but i am happy with just having it rooted and overclocked for now.

Yea, I have a Gingerbread themed ROM on my phone. Still not the full version though. Hell, Samsung phones still don't have FroYo. The full Honeycomb isn't going to be on phones. That's for tablets only. You can get 3.0 themed ROMs though.

Yep its going to be pretty sweet too. The XDA guys have been making good progress on the Nook Color I havent ventured to try it yet i could load it on SD and run from there but its still a little young for my liking. I got the NC because I wanted to try out Android I have a Palm phone (hardware sucks OS is sweet) HP "palm" is suposed to be releasing some new stuff Feb 9th hopefully they have a decent priced tablet I may get another I like android but honestly after trying Palm, Android and Apple I think Palm wins in the OS world in my book. The app support just isnt there yet maybe with HP holding the wheel now it will improve but until they get it on better hardware its never going anywhere I hate my Pre from a hardware standpoint. my Verizon is up for renewal in Dec im excited to see the options.

I love the Android OS. I've been thinking about getting a tablet, just to have one. Can't really come up with a reason why I'd need one though. The Motorola Xoom is the one I'd get though. That comes with Honeycomb on it. I could always use WiFi at the house, or just wireless tether from my phone if I was on the road somewhere. The WiFi only version comes out in April. It's a little cheaper, since it doesn't have the 3g/4g hardware.

I couldn't justify xoom, galaxy or ipad money for a tablet they are all nice but im happy with my $250 nook plus i didnt want anything over 7 inch the nook fits in my pockets which was a big factor for me.
